Konichiwa ! Hai! Did something very different.

We ventured into home-made Sushi.

Even had home-rolled 'California-Roll'...

And guess what? It turned out well and ....hmmm....delicious, too!

Chinese New Year is a great time of family reunion, fellowship and cooking.

Had a good time cooking, especially trying out some exotic dishes.

Of course, we started the Year of the Tiger with the authentic "Lou Sang"...

"Lou Sang" with "Yee Sang" is always a Fun time...

Wishes of Good Health, Business, Prosperity and Blessings are some of the many wishes during the act of "Lou Sang-ing"....hahaha

I'm grateful to have my sis-in-law helping out in the kitchen. Praise God.

Really appreciate the assistance and effort rendered in the kitchen.

Well, my New Year wish is to have a BIG n Beautiful kitchen.
